Water Conservation Regulations: The Mayor and City Council have implemented water conservation regulations that apply to city culinary (drinking) water and will be effective from May 4, 2022 to April 15, 2023. See West Bountiful Water Conservation & Drought Restrictions.  Residents with secondary irrigation water are subject to the restrictions of their service provider, in most cases Weber Basin Conservancy District. These regulations vary based on whether the irrigation water service is metered or non-metered. See Weber Basin's Drought Restrictions. For questions, you can contact them at 801-771-1677. To report watering abuse, go to Weber Basin Customer Service Reporting.
