

UDOT I-15 Draft EIS: Utah DOTUDOT I-15: Farmington to Salt Lake City Environmental Impact Statement onptedoSrs610agipc190 71Amf1hamuM58:r teSe u 20t0e5110mbmhm17 · Utah DOT released the I-15 Draft EIS, which presents the preferred alternative for improvements to I-15 from Farmington to Salt Lake City, including new interchanges, pedestrian crossings, bike lanes, and widened sections. This preferred alternative aims to improve safety, replace aging infrastructure, provide better mobility for all travel modes, strengthen the state and local economy, and better connect communities along I-15 from Farmington to Salt Lake City. Today also marks the start of the 45-day comment period for the Draft EIS. The comment period runs September 29 - November 13. UDOT is looking for feedback from those who use the corridor to share how they feel this preferred alternative will improve transportation, quality of life, and how each option might benefit users. Comments provided to the study team will be reviewed and considered as part of the decision-making process.
